Website accessibility

Our goal

We aim for level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, the international reference that the Israeli standard SI 5568 and the French RGAA are also based on.

Current status

The site has not yet been through a full third-party accessibility audit, so we cannot claim that it is compliant. This page will be updated once an audit has been carried out.

What we do

• The site is available in French, English and Hebrew, with right-to-left layout for Hebrew.
• The site adapts to phone, tablet and desktop screens.
• Pages are structured with headings and content images have alternative text.
• Phone numbers and email addresses are direct links.

Known limitations

• Some article content was carried over from older pages and may have imperfect heading structure or alternative text.
• Colour contrast, full keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility have not been checked page by page.
• Third-party content (maps, widgets, external forms) depends on its publishers.
